Terms of Service

These terms apply when you hire Aureon System to design, build, or maintain software. A written scope and a fixed quote, once you approve them, form the contract for that project.

The work

We deliver what is written in the approved scope, at the approved price. Changes to scope are quoted separately before we start them. Work does not begin on an hourly estimate.

Payment

Payment schedule is stated in the quote. Hosting, third-party licences, and app-store fees are billed as listed, or passed through at cost when they sit outside the quote.

Ownership

After the final invoice for a project is paid, you own the custom code we wrote for you, except for third-party libraries and tools that keep their own licences. We may reuse generic methods and internal tooling.

Support

Launch includes post-launch support as stated in the scope. Ongoing hosting, fixes, and updates continue under a maintenance plan if you want one.
